These Terms, including the End User License Agreement below, govern your use of TV Math. By creating an account or using TV Math, you agree to them.

Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Choreostream Labs, LLC (“TV Math,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company. By creating an account or using TV Math, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TV Math.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use TV Math and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Use TV Math for its intended purpose of tracking and sharing movies and TV shows.
- Respect other users and keep shared watchlists friendly and civil.
- Do not post inappropriate, offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you create on TV Math, such as ratings, tags, and watchlists. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as necessary to provide TV Math to you and the people you share with.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something posted on TV Math, such as a profile photo, infringes your copyright, email support@tvmath.com with:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
We remove material that is the subject of a valid notice and let the person who posted it know. We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
Subscriptions and billing
TV Math offers a free Basic plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium is $2.99 per month in U.S. dollars on the web (billed through Stripe) and on the App Store (billed through Apple). Outside the United States, the App Store may show Apple’s local price instead. Prices may change; we will give notice of price changes as required by law and the applicable store.
- Auto-renewal. Premium subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. You are charged for the next period unless you cancel before the current period ends.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime. For iOS subscriptions, manage or cancel in your Apple ID’s App Store account settings. For web subscriptions, choose Manage subscription in the app, which opens the billing page. Stripe still processes the payment. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your TV Math account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it with Apple or on the web before you delete the account.
- Refunds. App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; web purchase refunds are handled by us through Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Apple App Store auto-renewal disclosure
Subscription auto-renews monthly at the price shown above unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
End User License Agreement (Apple App Store)
The TV Math iOS application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. Your license is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which is incorporated by reference. In particular:
- This agreement is between you and Choreostream Labs, LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. Support requests should be directed to support@tvmath.com.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app, and any claims relating to failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing your or any third party’s claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the app.
- You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. government prohibited-parties list, and you will comply with applicable export laws.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Third-party services
TV Math integrates third-party services, each governed by its own terms. Web payments are subject to Stripe’s terms. Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDB; this product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.
Service availability and disclaimers
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. TV Math is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choreostream Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TV Math, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of TV Math after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
